The rain wasn't gonna keep this kid inside! Rex loves to ride his tricycle, come rain or shine. He also loves to wear his boots. Every day this summer he would put his rain boots on and say, "It's a nice sunny day and I'm wearing my boots!" It was pretty darn cute. Now at least he has a good reason to wear them. He's such a good boy! He always comes in the house before he rides his tricycle and says, "Mom PLEASE put my helmet on!" We'll just hope he stays that smart!
